To enjoy your treatment, weโll provide spa clothing, allowing access to your neck and shoulders. We recommend wearing a top and pants rather than a romper or jumpsuit, as these are easier to change out of.
Yes, we can accommodate up to twelve guests at once. We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your groupโs appointment.
Our ingredients are safe for all hair types, including treated hair. However, if you’ve recently had a chemical treatment, the detoxification process may cause slight fading of color or keratin treatments. We suggest waiting at least 7 days after any chemical treatment before your Head Spa service.
Our specialists work with all hair types, including bald clients. However, for clients with certain extensions, please ensure we have clear access to the scalp, as some extensions may limit our ability to provide the treatment. For best results, clients with extensions or dreadlocks may want to remove them beforehand. We cannot be responsible for any damage to extensions during the treatment. For dreadlocks, braids, and coily or textured hair types, we offer towel drying or light blow-drying with a diffuser but do not perform full blow-drying.
Please inform us if you are pregnant! Our Head Spa uses all-natural and organic ingredients, generally safe for expecting mothers. However, we encourage clients with any concerns about specific oils to consult with their doctor and inform us in advance. Note: you will be lying flat on your back during the service, so if this is uncomfortable, we recommend postponing your visit until after delivery.
